Reason for YOUTH being Use less

I went to KAMBARGANAVI on 24th February at 8-45 am. And we went the school and they called us and I, Meenakshi and sheker we both took us their class than I thought Tables and some asked General questions. We had visited the only families that evening.
Second day I met to YOUTH for our specific study purpose. 1st day I more feuded because how to talked with YOUTH but they given to me good responses. And I collected data and also I went to door to door visit. That day I collected 8 YOUTH Information.
In last day I collected some more YOUTH information. Total I got the 19 YOUTH information. My intervention would de to be channelizing this great energy in to main stream and I would interact with YOUTH to find out what do they want to become in future? Where is the lacuna? And also would like to work in this direction where I can help them to bring their confidence level up.
These are question format I have prepared.

12) What is your role in ‘YOUTH FORUM’?

Conclusion
In this village I could identify the problem that YOUTH are wasting their times simply in chit chat though they are having lot of options for work interacted with presents regarding this they said that though they are having different options for the work they are simply wasting their time.
I feel strongly if this issue is not addressed immediately our nation will have great problem ahead.
